On Friday, Democrat Senator Chris Coons of Delaware implied that his party may be planning to bring further accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, as the battle over his confirmation continues.
“I don’t control the FBI, and I don’t control if other allegations come forward,” Coons said, prompting outcry from Republicans, who have accused Democrats of attempting to prevent Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Coons and his colleagues have sought to pressure Republican Senators, including Jeff Flake and Lisa Murkowski, into delaying the Kavanaugh vote, which passed through the Judiciary Committee.
BOMBSHELL: Democrat Chris Coons, who just struck a last second deal with Jeff Flake, gave away the Democrats entire strategy ALL ALONG.
When pressed on the length of FBI investigation Coons said “I don’t control if other allegations come forward.”
